Charter Hall Prime Retail Fund (CPRF) focuses on investing in properties in convenience retail assets under pinned by long WALE non-discretionary tenants.

It includes both core and value enhanced development opportunities.

The fund was launched in September 2016, and currently has a high quality portfolio of 3 assets with $365m of total GAV.

Investment Objectives

  • CPRF’s investment strategy focuses on investing in convenience retail assets under pinned by long WALE non-discretionary anchor tenants and providing a superior income yield (+100bps) to core industrial and office sectors
  • Predominately Eastern seaboard asset base located in demographically strong locations with high barriers to entry
