Sean has over 30 years' property and investment banking experience and is active in the wholesale, listed and unlisted capital markets.

As Chief Investment Officer, Sean is responsible for the Group's strategy across our balance sheet investments and acquisitions, with oversight for multi-sector disciplines, including property transactions and corporate development.

Passionate about driving positive change for our customers, Sean understands the importance of actively listening to their needs and harnessing deeper insights to form an aligned strategy. Sean brings a wealth of experience across investment markets to these conversations, remaining highly focused on delivering resilient outcomes for Charter Hall and our investors.

Prior to joining Charter Hall, Sean worked at national diversified property group Australand (now Frasers) as Chief Investment Officer and was previously responsible for investment and development for all commercial, industrial and retail property. Before that, Sean spent seven years at Macquarie Bank as a senior executive in the Property Investment Banking division.
